ACG is an independent service, providing remote counselling (either online or telephone) for patients who may not be able to afford the full cost of private counselling.

Online counselling is a way for you to engage in counselling using internet technology such as telephone or live webcam video. You direct your counselling by selecting the method of communication you feel most comfortable with. Every effort is made to provide a safe and secure environment for your online therapy with encryption software to protect your confidentiality and security where necessary.

We provide a free telephone consultation to take some details and discuss your needs. Studies show that weekly sessions are most therapeutic and if by the end of the consultation you’re happy to proceed we will connect you to a counsellor who can match your availability.

You can access sessions of up to 20 weeks in total and there is no obligation for the amount of sessions you sign up for.

ACG is an affordable service and the counsellor will discuss and agree the fee with you at the assessment. It is important that the fee is affordable to you and respectful to the counsellor.
